Hey, here I am, under the diapers...
...and there are a lot of them, what with two cute tushies now in diapers...Yup, the baby has arrived (over a month ago, but hey, it's never too late to alert the blogosphere...) and she is even cuter than I hoped. Just getting into the groove now, but hey, that's a lot sooner than with my first daughter, so I'm okay with that.
I'll be back to blogging soon...maybe.

Mazel Tov! How old is your older girl? How is she doing being a big sister?
Thanks, Elie,
She's two - and she loves her sister, maybe to death, lol... But seriously, she's okay with her new sister, but needs a lot of attention lately. It's getting better as we try to set more limits for her. It's tough, but hey, we try our best...
Mazal Tov!
Soo nice
I found the second kid a harder change than the first, for two reasons.
1) When you're becoming brand new parents, everybody thinks you need extraordinary help, and even overdo it. But with the second they figure you've got it down pat and tend to underestimate the help you need.
2) With one kid it's simple; just put his/her needs first, always. With the second, now for the first time you have situations where their needs conflict, and you have to choose. That's very hard to get used to.
Mazal tov -!!!
David, thanks for the warm fuzzies
Elster, hey, I didn't know you come around here... thanks for the good wishes
Elie, I know what you mean. The logical thing would still be to put the baby's needs first, but two-year-olds have never been known for being logical...and they're so much louder
Mazel tov!
